The Empress offers studio units, as well as one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and 3 very exclusive three-bedroom bi-level units. If you have any particular unit requirements, our agents would be more than happy to help you find the unit of your dreams.
Studio units are anywhere from 30-46sqm, 1-bedroom units from 65-76sqm, 2-bedroom units from 103-116sqm, 3-bedroom units from 147-152sqm, and the 3-bedroom bi-level units are each 241sqm.
Studio units don't automatically come with parking and would need to be purchased separately. One-bedroom units do automatically come with one parking slot, while two-bedroom units come with either one tandem or two parking slots. Three-bedroom units come with either one tandem and one individual slot or three individual parking slots. Feel free to speak to our agents if you need any additional parking spaces.
Where is the parking situated?
The Empress has both basement level parking as well as podium level parking available.
The indoor amenities for the Empress include a residents' lounge, social/function hall, pamper (spa) room, fitness hall, dance studio, reading room, and a children's playroom. The outdoor amenities are divided into an Active and Quiet zone, with a wellness lawn and garden being located in the Quiet zone. The Active zone includes a lap pool, a kid's pool, a lounge area, and an outdoor social area.
